From those who fought, and are still fighting for fair wages and safe workplaces, to the teachers, nurses, construction crews, small business owners and so many others who keep our community moving - thank you!

Labour Day is about more than just a long weekend. We are reminded that progress is never finished. Workers continue to face challenges, from affordability struggles to ensuring that every job provides security, respect and opportunity.

Together, we must commit to building a city where every worker and every family can thrive.
