Court Decisions on the Recount Requests – Dorval 2025

I am pleased to announce that the Honourable Mr. Justice Éric Couture of the Court of Québec has rendered two decisions a few minutes ago.

The first, in the case of Bob Lesage v. Linda Jun Lu and Nathalie Hadida, resulted in the rejection of the request for a recount; therefore, no recount will take place. Congratulations Linda Jun Lu.

The second, in the case of Umberto Macri v. Marc Doret and Nathalie Hadida confirmed the anomalies and irregularities in the election process and granted my request for a recount.

I want to thank all of you for your support. Regardless of the outcome, I am proud that the principles of democracy have been upheld by the court.
